Vendors
We are always looking for products that will be exciting to our customers and that will meet their needs by creating greater comfort for their children, opportunities to save money and have positive environmental benefits. Our vendors are critical to this process and so we want to develop strong relationships with the vendors we buy from. We look forward to meeting with you regularly and discussing how we can best meet the needs of our customers.
We believe strongly in giving back and we support opportunities to serve and help mothers, babies and families in need throughout the world. We encourage our vendors to make giving back a priority focus and invite them to join our efforts.
How to Become a Vendor
Step one: Submit product description, photographs, pricing, vendor name and contact information to andrew@chelique.com.

Shipping Information
You must ship via the cheapest method, unless you pay for freight or special arrangements have been made with our VP-Merchandising. If you have additional questions, please email and identify SHIPPING QUESTION in the subject of the email. Chelique will pay actual shipping costs, but we do not pay any additional handling costs, unless those charges have received prior written approval by the VP-Merchandising. We will bill back any excess freight costs and handling costs with an added service charge for our time and expense.
Packing List: Each shipment must include an itemized and detailed packing list that includes the Purchase Order #, your item SKU or UPC, a detailed description and any items that are out of stock with a notation. Not including this information could result in additional charges due to additional time and expense on our part.
Out of stock items: When an item on a purchase order is out of stock, you must never substitute the out of stock item with another item unless you have received prior written notification from our buyers. Out of stock items must be identified on your packing list that is included with the order.
Non-ordered items: We will not pay for any items that are sent to us and that are not included on the purchase order quoted on the packing list. We will not return the products and will determine the best way to dispose of the product.
Drop-Shipping
We prefer drop-shipping for all large and heavy items. Drop-shipped items are shipped from your warehouse directly to the customer. To qualify to become a drop-ship vendor, you must agree to never include non-Chelique branded flyers as a shipment insert, use our customer information in any way, or to bill direct charges to our customers. The packing list must never include the item cost.
Consignment
Consignment vendor relationships are designed to create a win-win partnership between Chelique websites and our vendors. It gives us an opportunity to carry additional inventory to support the sale of your products on our site. We will send you a monthly check based on the units that are sold. A payment schedule is available upon request.
Items No Longer Available
If items that you produce are no longer available we ask for a markdown allowance in order to sell the item in place quickly. If the item is replaced by a new item, the new item cannot be substituted on the order for the old item. The new item must be sold to our buying office, so that you receive a purchase order for before you ship it.
