Like most websites, ChicDiapers.com employs a Conditions of Use policy. This policy is intended to protect buyer and seller alike. For many companies, this is sort of a “user beware” document. Privacy and Communications. By using this site, you agree to allow us to contact you via email. Additionally, the Privacy Notice is incorporated as a component of the Conditions.

Copyrights, Trademarks and Patents. The content on our website is Copyrighted or Trademarked. We also use some patented technologies and processes. Please respect these. Also, if you feel some of your copyrighted content has improperly made its way to our site, we want to know right away so that we can remove it.

License and Access, Risk of Loss. You are allowed to use our site, but may not MIS-use our site, or steal any content or ideas, etc. Also, once we pass an item off to the Shipper, the risk of loss is transferred also.

Your Account, and Reviews, Comments, etc. You are responsible for the proper use of your account, including any payments you may commit to. You may submit reviews and comments, etc. but you agree that the content is your own, and that you will keep it clean and legal. You also grant us the right to use your submissions on our sites.

Product Descriptions and Pricing. We do our best to have accurate descriptions and prices. Occasionally small mistakes slip through. We’ll do our best to keep it from happening and fix it if we discover a problem.

User Beware. Despite all our attempts to make this a great site, free from problems, etc., you agree that your use of our site is on an “as is” basis.
