From here you have three options:
Disposable Option - This is the all-in-two, or hybrid, option. These diapers consist of a waterproof shell and different inserts you can put in them, then reuse the shell. They usually have a natural fiber option, a microfiber option, and a disposable option. The disposable option is inserts you can put inside the shell and throw away once used. Great for traveling, going out, or when you need to use rash ointment and not ruin your diapers! These are usually not a good nighttime solution, because they are exceptionally trim, and you can't generally use more than one insert at a time.
Money Saving Option - Prefolds and covers are the most economical way to cloth diaper your baby. Choose larger prefolds to wrap around the baby like a diaper, and fasten with a snappi or pins. Or, choose shorter prefolds and lay them inside a cover for a faster option. Note: If your baby is very young, or has excessively runny poop, you'll definitely want to wrap the prefold all the way around him or her!
Extra Absorbent Option - Great for toddlers and heavy wetters, or overnight. Fitted diapers are made from absorbent material, so the whole diaper absorbs instead of just the insert. They require a separate cover to keep the wetness contained, and tend to be bulkier on the baby (especially under clothes).
